Especially for students who want to improve fitness, confidence, stress resilience, discipline, and goal-setting.

What We Do in Class

  • Fitness & core training (strength, endurance, explosiveness)

  • Technical fundamentals (progress adjusted by level)

  • Kick-and-strike combinations (flow and rhythm)

  • Reaction & distance training (focus and judgement)

  • Goal-based training (higher self-expectations)
