Great for improving discipline, focus, confidence, fitness, and building strong habits and goal-setting.

What We Do in Class

  • Warm-up & fitness (endurance, agility, coordination)

  • Fundamentals: basic techniques & footwork (solid foundation)

  • Beginner kicking skills (progressive, level-based)

  • Reaction & rhythm training (stronger focus)

  • Mini goal challenges (steady improvement)
